Overview
The URWERK UR-105 TA All Black presents a more restrained and concentrated interpretation of the UR-105 platform. Limited to 100 pieces, this reference is defined by its monochrome construction and controlled presence.
Finished in matte black, the watch absorbs light rather than reflecting it. The result is a case that appears solid and continuous, where form emerges gradually through movement and interaction.
Case and Design
The case is constructed in titanium with a black PVD treatment, paired with a steel bezel.
Its elongated form and sculpted ridges create a sense of direction, with lines that recall architectural and aerodynamic structures. The interplay between micro sandblasted and polished surfaces introduces subtle variation, visible only as light shifts across the case.
The overall effect is restrained, with detail revealed over time rather than immediately.
Satellite Time Display
Time is displayed through URWERK’s signature wandering satellite complication.
Four hour satellites rotate beneath a protective upper case, emerging in sequence as they travel across the minute track. The active satellite indicates both hour and minute before rotating away to continue its orbit.
The display remains fluid and mechanical, with a continuous progression that defines the UR-105.
Turbine Automatic System
The designation TA refers to Turbine Automatic, a system designed to regulate the winding behaviour of the movement.
On the case-back, dual air turbines control the speed of the automatic rotor. A selector allows the wearer to adjust the system:
• Full mode for maximum winding efficiency
• Reduced mode to limit tension on the mainspring
• Stop mode to disengage automatic winding
This system allows the watch to adapt to different levels of activity while preserving the integrity of the movement.
Light and Contrast
Despite its monochrome appearance, the UR-105 TA All Black is defined by contrast.
Luminous elements emerge sharply in low light, while the darker surfaces recede. The watch does not rely on reflection, but on controlled visibility, where time becomes more legible as the surrounding light fades.
Position in the Collection
The UR-105 TA represents a mature evolution of URWERK’s satellite display.
The All Black version focuses on reduction, removing colour to emphasise form, movement, and interaction. It remains one of the most coherent expressions of the UR-105 concept.

Delivery Options
Watches will be shipped using the best courier service based on your location. Please note, deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays or Sundays. Please allow additional time, if ordering on or near public holidays or weekends. Delivery will commence once payment is secured depending on payment type.

Please check that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they're in transit, and we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers.
Before we can despatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Please ensure that your billing address matches that kept on record with your card issuer. We will do our best to minimise any delay. Occasionally we may need to contact you to confirm additional security details before shipping your order.
Insurance
Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
The Buyer is required to inspect the Products upon delivery. Any defects must be reported without delay and no later than seven (7) days from receipt.
Returns of watches can only be for defects upon delivery.
