First, the bracelet or strap is carefully detached. The case is broken down into its individual components. Each piece is taken for polishing if needed and cleaning for an intensive ultrasonic clean

The watchmaker carefully dismantles the movement. Each component is cleaned in a ultrasonic bath

All worn or damaged parts are replaced, using genuine URWERK parts.

Our watchmakers meticulously rebuild the movement, including URWERK's three-dimensional time displays.

With the calibre rebuilt the hairspring and escapement is calibrated to the brands standards

Now with the calibre checked it is rejoined with its cleaned and re-finished case. Water and Pressure tested

The same as our brand new creations, for a watch to be passed as a certified UR-Classic they undergo strict tests. Only when the watchmakers are happy with the timing accuracy, power reserve, and the watches aesthetics, will a piece be passed

Now refurbished to like new, our Certified URWERK Three-Year Warranty is added. A fresh Baltimora technical fabric strap is fitted, and placed in an official URWERK box—ready for its next chapter. Remember, URWERKs don’t age; they evolve.

Once a certified pre-owned watch is purchased it is shipped to the new owner free of charge, as a thank you for choosing URWERK. Ready for a new life on your wrist.
