What is the URWERK Pre-Owned Guarantee?
Any URWERK bought from our official Pre-Owned, or Auction collection's are covered by a new Pre-Owned three-year international warranty.
The warranty is only valid if the watch was purchased directly from the UR-LEGENDS shop. Also, all maintenance and repairs can only be completed by
URWERK or its authorised representatives.
Upon receiving your newly refurbished URWERK, a new warranty card will be supplied, which must accompany the watch if a service/repair is ever needed.

What is the URWERK Ex-Demonstration Guarantee?
Any URWERK bought from our official Ex-Demo collection are covered by the same 2-year international warranty as our brand new watches, and is extendable to 4 years if you register the watch on our owners' Kollektiv, by clicking the link here > UR-Kollektiv
